• Analysis of Real estate projects
• Financial modeling of real estate projects using MS Excel
• Market research and demand/supply forecast on Real Estate domain
• Preparation & Review of Monthly MIS Schedule, Debtors Aging and Monthly Budget analysis
• Management reporting on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis
Desired Candidate Profile :
• Qualified Professional with 1-2 year work experience on real estate project analysis and market research on real estate domain.
• Minimum Graduate with commerce background.
• Work Knowledge of ‘Discounted Cash Flow (DCF)’ tools like Argus etc.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Power Point
Experience: 0 – 3 Years
