Global Financial Information Center (GFIC) plays a key role in streamlining Oracle’s financial and accounting operations around the world. SHARED SERVICES CENTER (SSC) – a group within GFIC, provides transaction–processing services covering Revenue Accounting and Customer Operations. This team supports Oracle’s internal operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Timely and accurate day-to-day transaction / translation processing activities involving usage of any of the Foreign languages like Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Chinese, Taiwanese.
- Translation or transaction processing to Foreign Language or from Foreign Language to English.
- Taking part in projects, language learning circles and language training.
- Handling language translations/interpretations as and when required.
- Taking part in and driving quality and efficiency projects
- Reporting, analyzing, reviewing metrics to find out root cause and corrective action plan and execution of the same.
- Keen focus on language accuracy and enhancement of language skills of the team.
