Qualifications:
- You have experience designing highly interactive web applications with performance, scalability, accessibility, usability, design, and security in mind. If you don’t have all of these, that’s ok, but be excited about learning the few you don’t know.
- You have practical expert-level experience writing highly interactive applications for the web You are familiar with building complex web applications using Javascript / AJAX, XHTML, CSS.
- You have experience with or knowledge of jQuery, Java, Struts, and other website technologies.
- You are frequently regarded as having guru-level knowledge on one or more of the above areas. Elements of your background we like to see:

Desired Candidate Profile:
1. B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/Phd degree in computer science or related fields, or equivalent experience is required.
2. Must be excellent problem solvers.
3. Possess an extremely sound understanding of areas in the basic areas of Computer Science such as Algorithms, Data Structures, Object Oriented Design, Databases.
4. Experience with UI design a plus.
5. Be able to write Amazon quality code in an object oriented language – preferably in C/C++/Java in a linux environment. Good working knowledge of Shell scripts / Perl / SQL essential.
6. Bring 5-9 years of software engineering and product delivery experience, with strong background in algorithms and high performance distributed systems.
