Job Description:
- Source, Screen and shortlist resumes from various job portals from various sources(Job portals, referrals, database)
- Validate all the sourced profiles before processing to the client.
- Schedule and Co-ordinate interviews as per Clients requirements.
- Communicate regularly with the candidates and answer all the queries of the candidates as and when required before and after the interviews.
- To provide recruiting services to our US Clients on C2C, Contract, full time positions by sourcing quality profiles through various on a timely basis.
- Reports to the team lead.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Excellent Written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to work in Night shifts
- Willing to work extended hours as per business requirements.
- Ability to scale up to the needs of the clients
- Basic theoretical knowledge of various IT technologies like
- JAVA,.NET,TESTING ETC

- IT Recruiter with 2 yrs of experience with US IT staffing company.
- Excellent sourcing, screening and negotiating skills.
- Proficient with job boards, postings, sourcing, searching skills.
- Clear understanding of tax terms, C2C, W2, 1099.
