- Should have: thorough: experience on PL/SQL, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions,Workflow, Forms,: etc..
- Should have worked on Financial / Manufacturing /: Distribution /: CRM /: HRMS: modules.
- Exposure to onsite-offshore model will be an added advantage.
- Should: possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
