Job Description:
- Manage the resume responses received i.e. sort, qualify, and short-list resumes.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate the interview process for the short listed candidates.
- Handle other recruiting related assignments that come up.
- Make presentation about Marvist to small groups of job applicants with the aid of a PowerPoint presentation.
- Select the right candidates on the basis of their performance and recommend for final interview with the HR manager or hiring manager.
- Document the observations on candidates, file resumes and update the status reports.
- Follow the established HR processes within Marvist and make recommendations for improving the processes.
- Should be able to clearly communicate the benefits of working at Marvist to candidates.
- Should handle the HR process in a pleasant, professional way while being focused on the objectives.
- An ability to stay focused on the objectives and not be overwhelmed by resumes, calls, candidates and the recruitment process is a must.

- Freshers with any Bachelor’s degree with interest in recruitment and strong work ethic who can join immediately can apply. Should possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
