Job Description:
Sales Officers will be primarily required to achieve targets for CASA/TD (both # and value)/ cross sell of other third party products. The focus will be towards sourcing premium CA / & premium SB accounts. Other Responsibilities include:
a. To prospect and meet the potential customer
b. Understand the Need of the customer and Explain the products and features
c. Complete the CIF, A/c opening application forms and obtain all relevant documents to is primarily responsible for the KYC Norms
d. Ensure necessary verification about bonafides of customer.
e. Have the list of profile branches with complete details like address, phone number, and working hours.
f. Ensure complete documentation w.r.t to IBR, cheque details, name of the customer, handing over documents to Sales Manager, take PGK for delivery to customer and obtain acknowledgement.
g. Maintain call and business register.
